Our friend Dr. Thamminana Krushna Rao was former Dy. Director of the Audio Visual Production & Research Centre, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad is a DRM Digital Radio supporter from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
He started his journey from the Telugu Radio Moscow Friends Club, host for All India Radio, Visakhapatnam YUVA VANI programme during 80's and now very keen in promoting the DRM in India. He has conducted several awareness programs across the country.

A video promo in Marathi language on DRM Digital Radio transmission of Akashvani Panaji was released by Shri Sunil Bhatia, Deputy Director General (E) and Head of the Office, High Power Transmitter (HPT) Panaji, Akashvani Panaji, and Doordarshan Kendra, Goa, at a program held at HPT Akashvani Panaji, Bambolim, on Wednesday, August 21, 2024.
